I was wondering what are your experiences with outlaw effects? Andrew and Keith seem to like their priducts but I'm wondering what do you think about their service?

I ordered a wallet from them almost a month ago but I have yet to hear from then, I even sent an email four days ago but I'm still waiting for a reply. To me that is bad service.
When ordering from other places in US (I'm in europe) the products arrive in 2 weeks and emails are answered immediately.

I have no knowledge of the this group or who runs it, but four days ago was a legal holiday in the US, so that may be part of the issue.

BTW even global priority can take up to 2 weeks to get to some cities in Europe, depends on how fast your postal service gets them through customs too.

If you ordered a month ago that package has been sent.

It seems like I sent my first email to the wrong adress . As soon as I got the right adress my question was answered very quickly. I hope my wallet will be here next week.

I've bought a couple of things from them, I felt I had good service, and allowing for the fact that their carrier pigeon had to make it all the way to the UK, the delivery time was quite reasonable. No complaints from me, and the quality of the items was excellent.

I have ordered from that site once and without problems it came to my doorstep (europe too). I can't remember how long it took. But i know normally priority takes about 2 weeks max, while non priority can take upto 6 weeks. It all depends. BTW I once had a parcel in customs because I had to pay tax for it, that took quite some time. Hope it works out for you.

I own at least one of all Outlaw Effects.  I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased. Rick's online forums are great, there other mentalists will share ideas and uses for the product with you.
I love his close-up stuff, it has helped me numerous times secure shows.  His stage stuff is awesome also
Rick definitely believes in customer service.
