A talk by Dr. Andrés Lema-Hincapié (University of Colorado, Denver)

From the entire corpus of Jorge Luis Borges’ literature, “Pierre Menard, author of Don Quixote” (1939) is the work that has received the most critical attention. In this lecture, Andrés Lema-Hincapié presents, analyzes, and judges some of the interpretations, as well as the thoretical implications for reading, writing, translating, and transcribing of this paradoxical fiction.
